Pause for two minutes or more and just take in the beauty around you. Whether you are inside or outside there is something to appreciate. Look at photos of people that you love, look up at the sky, watch a squirrel eat an acorn, look at the sun coming through your window, look at your children, the leaves in the trees or flowers. Just take a pause and appreciate what's around you. Take it all in. Notice the colors, remember the moments... It can bring you to a place of calm and add gratitude to your heart.
