Let's Chat...


It is time for us to free ourselves from the stigma of therapy, counseling and coaching. When we are physically sick, we go to the doctor. Guess what, if you are not mentally and emotionally well, you are compromising your physical. I can't stress enough how the two are connected. Did you know that some people that experience depression actually experience true physical pain?


We have got to do better with taking care of our minds. We need them to function. Our brain is the source of everything we do. If it is not functioning properly, you may not be able to move your finger. The brain controls that motion. It is the control center of your entire body. When you think of it that way, why wouldn't you want to take care of it?


These are different times we are in. Stress and anxiety are at a new level and an all time high. Our minds are constantly being filled with bad news, day after day and appropriate coping skills are crucial; they are necessary.


So have an open mind and an open heart to taking care of all of you.
