Check In On Your Mental Health

People please make sure that your mental health is in check. There are so many things that are going on around us. Anxiety is at an all time high due to, loss of work, lack of finances, lack of resources, limited human contact, loneliness, loss of loved ones, returning to work and school, lack of motivation and the lists goes on. Our stress levels are having an impact on our emotional state. It's difficult right now to manage stress; some of it being unconscious. However, the body will let you know. Our bodies break down when we are overly stressed. All sorts of physical challenges can develop. I'm a witness. So please, remember that all parts of us, mind, body and spirit are connected. When one is under duress, it's like a ripple effect. There are many basic things that we can do to keep our stress levels down; pray daily and be grateful, meditate, exercise, turn off the television, read a book or pick up a new hobby. Just make sure that you are mentally well. The mind is what controls everything that we do. We want to preserve it and nurture it. #mindbodyspirit #BeBlessedAndBeWell

So true... dealing with the different levels of anxiety within ourselves and witnessing those experiencing anxiety in our circle of life has no prejudice. Just recently started listening to Michelle Obamas podcast on Spotify. Being optimistic in the eye of this storm has humbled new beginnings... I have accomplished completing more long term goals and my productivity has increased in implementing more effective steps to attaining and completing these goals. Thank you for the reminder techniques on handling stress
