DEPRESSION


Ever feel sad, have the blues, can't seem to get yourself out of the feeling of "gloom and doom"? I'm sure you have. Many of us have the blues. However, depression is another thing. It is real! Depression is a disease. I'm speaking from experience. I've been depressed before. Everyday can feel like a rainy day. There is hope though. Just like most physical conditions can be maintained or healed, so can depression. I am a living witness! Stop those rainy days. Open your blinds and let the sun shine in! Say to yourself, "self, you are a conqueror and you can overcome this!" Get yourself some HELP! There are many types of counseling; spiritual, life coaching, therapy, psychological, psychiatric...If you think that you need help based on long periods of sadness, lack of motivation, irritability, unexplained physical ailments, etc. Seek the help that you need.
